The Kindness Closet is a non-profit, curated thrift boutique in uptown Saint John, New Brunswick.

Find secondhand and preloved fashions, home decor, records, and books for affordable prices! 

Many of our items are hand picked from the founder's many trips to the local thrift stores and yard sales but we also accept donations. This is why you'll find such a varying price range on our items - regardless of what it is though, all of our prices are kept intentionally affordable and with low mark ups so that everyone is able to enjoy the treasures of the curated vintage and thrift world!

The Kindness Closet thrift boutique funds educational programming for people with justice system involvement and food security initiatives. The shop hosts a "take what you need, leave what you can" food pantry. We also host a triweekly book club in which we read books about reimagining the justice system and how it can better support vulnerable community members!
